  • Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 18-20 patients per shift. Seeking coverage for 30 day shifts per month with two APCs per shift for inpatient care, 7 AM - 5 PM, seven days a week. Multiple providers will be selected to create a full-time coverage plan, with scheduling based on a rolling system of four shifts (40 hours) per provider.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide inpatient care, managing patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Participate in daily rounding and communicate effectively with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

- Licensed Advanced Practice Clinician (APC), including Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Inpatient experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Working Hours

- 30 inpatient day shifts per month.
- Shifts: 7 AM - 5 PM, seven days a week.
- Multiple providers will be scheduled in a rolling system of four shifts (40 hours) per provider.

Skills
