Yale New Haven Health- Is thrilled to announce an amazing opportunity for a Cardiology NP to join our expanding cardiac specialist team in Milford, CT. We have not one, but two positions available, and we're on the lookout for top-notch talent like you! Position Details:
Start: We're looking to fill these positions immediately!
Schedule: 40 hours weekly, 4 days a week with 10-hour days, offering a great work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive cardiac assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
Offer patient education on managing cardiac conditions
Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
Prescribe medications and treatments
Qualifications
Must have an active NP/PA license and a Connecticut license
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cardiology and telemetry
Certification: BLS, ACLS, and DEA

Clinical Expertise:
Performing physical exams, interpreting lab results, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans.
Medication Management:
Prescribing medications, monitoring drug interactions, and adjusting dosages as needed
Patient Communication:
Actively listening to patients, explaining medical information clearly, and addressing concerns effectively.
Health Promotion:
Educating patients on preventative measures, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management.
Collaboration:
Working effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, specialists, and other nurses.
