- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper calls if needed. There are an average of 14 patients per shift. Looking for one full-time APP provider. The provider will work Clinic and call. The schedule would be 2-3 days of clinic a week with 2 days call or 2-3 days call and only 2 days clinic.
