- Looking for a contracted NP with Cardiology experience that would be willing to work full time
- M-F, 8a-5p
- NP would be office based, seeing 12 patients per day minimum and ideally more if able
- # of physicians in dept: 3 physicians, 1 NP
- Adults Only
- Department is staffed to properly support an additional NP
- No Procedures Required
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certified – NP – Cardiology Experience Preferred
- Active IL License
- Proof of Covid Required
