Start Date: November 4, 2024
Contract Length: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)

Shift Details:

• Hours: 7:15 AM - 3:45 PM
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Call: 1 in every 3 weekdays and 1 in every 3 weekends

Work Details:

• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full-time, but part-time availability will be considered
• Department Description: Cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, inpatient and outpatient care using the Getinge vein harvesting system
• EMR: Cerner and Cerner Ambulatory
• Special Procedures: TAVR, robotic thoracic surgery, open cardiac/vascular/thoracic procedures

Practice Setting: Hospital and clinic

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• State License: Will consider non-AR licensed candidates if they can be licensed by the start date
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: CSFA at minimum or PA/APRN

Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ Days
