Job Description
Start Date: June
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 6:00am – 6:30pm or 6:30am.
Schedule: 3/12hr shifts/week. Usually 3 wknd shifts/months & 3 night shifts/month.

• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes (ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC, AG, ACNP)
· License required: Active CA (Must hold a current and active RN and NP and Furnishing license in California)
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: AHA ACLS/BLS
· Minimum experience required: Must have OR exp, CT surg exp, pref ICU exp & endoscopic vein harvest (EVH) exp. Minimum 1 years of cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, cardiology, or critical care ICU NP experience.
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90 days
