The Providence Center for Weight Management located at Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking an APC (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) with experience or training in Obesity Medicine to join an established team. The Center for Weight Management offers Bariatric Surgery with comprehensive pre and post op patient centered care. You will be the main medical provider to bariatric patients with multiple chronic conditions. Candidates will be responsible for providing collaborative services, including, initial and ongoing assessment, diagnosis and treatment. This role is in the outpatient clinic.
