Contract Length: 6 months, ongoing - possibility for permanent employment at the completion of the assignment

Shift Details: 40 hours/week, 4x10s or 5x8s - TBD

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Work Details:

• Support Staff: Surgeons, 1 PA, 2 NPs
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full-time for maternity coverage - possible permanent opportunity if the provider is a PA.
• Patients per Day: 10-20 on clinic days
• Department Description: The provider will assist surgeons to ensure efficient patient flow. Common cases in the OR include hernia repair, gastric cancer, EGD, and weight loss. The role includes a mix of OR days and clinic days, with one day dedicated to administrative work.
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• License Required: Active CA license
• DEA: Required
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days - urgent need, will expedite as quickly as possible
