DATES NEEDED Neuro Advanced Practice Provider & Neuro APP
  • ?????ASAP start next year pending credentialing
  • Mon-Fri, ideally 2+ weeks per month ongoing
POSITION DETAILS Neuro Advanced Practice Provider & Neuro APP
  • Neurology experience as an APP required
  • Neuro inpatient/outpatient services
  • Credentialing: 30-60 days
  • Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  • 15-20 patients per day
  • Duties: exams, mri's, lumber puncture, patient education and coordinating Leqembi program for mild to moderate Alzheimer’s (may see some of these patients, primarily coordinator role)
  • Board certified required
  • EMR CPSI
  • Neuro Advanced Practice Provider & Neuro APP needed
