Seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have experience treating clients with substance use disorders as well as general psychiatric disorders. This position sits in Greensburg, PA and reports into the Chief of Integrated Care.



Job Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric care, including admission evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations to individuals for general psychiatry as well as substance use disorder specifically.
Provide consultation to non-prescribing mental health staff and medical staff about diagnosis, treatment and/or the need for psychiatric medication
Regularly participates in the creation of individual treatment plans for patients, and reviews plans already in place

Qualifications

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in PA
Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

Working Hours

Monday - Friday (typically 4 days in person, 1 day remote) - No weekends

Please note, this position requires a minimum of one evening shift per week, which may be in person depending on the community need.
