- Four 8hr days in the office/clinic setting weekly
- No inpatient or evening call coverage required
- 8:30am - 5:00pm 4 days per week
- Clinical Information:
- Outpatient only
- Two midwives or a combination of midwives and/or NP/PAs
- Patient Volume: 20
- Facility is open to Women's Health NP/PA office-based work
- EMR: eClinical Works
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
