• Full-Time/Permanent Role
• Mon-Fri (Exact hours will be discussed)
• Duties include: consultations, screening & Assessments, brief behavioral health interventions, stress
• 2 years of experience required
• management, psycho-educational skills training and development and referrals as needed
• Collaboratively working with primary care provider to address all physical, behavioral and emotional aspects of the patient's overall health
• VT license in hand or in the process
