Salary and Benefits
- $105,000 to $130,000+ based on experience
- Sign-on bonus of $2,500 upon submission of credentialing paperwork
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope outpatient women’s health and midwifery care including:
- Prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care
- Delivery support for credentialed providers
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, and preventive care
- Manage a patient volume of 16–18 per day
- Utilize EMR system: EPIC
- Flexible schedules:
- Five 8-hour days
- Four 10-hour days
- Three 12-hour days (available at select locations)
- Weekly schedule includes:
- 36 clinical hours
- 4 administrative hours
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs, fellow CNMs, WHNPs, and support staff
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing and CNM certification
- Active Florida APRN license
- 2 years experience required
