Position Overview

This facility is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide coverage for their OB/GYN practice. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and other mid-levels to provide care for low- and high-risk pregnancies, office-based gynecology, and call coverage.

Schedule

• Clinic: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • 4 clinic days per provider

  • Average 15-20 patients/day

• Call: 1 in 4 rotation, covering approximately 8 days of call per month

  • Weekday and weekend callback: ~80%

  • Call response time: 20 minutes

• Deliveries: ~6 deliveries per week per provider

Patient Mix

• Low-Risk Pregnancy: 50%

• High-Risk Pregnancy: 50%

• C-Sections: 20%

• Office GYN: 35%

• Surgical GYN: N/A

Requirements

• Board Certification: Required

• Licensure: Colorado license or IMLC

• Experience: OB/GYN practice with delivery and call experience preferred

Worksite Resources

• Onsite Support: RNs assist in the clinic

• Onsite Services: Lab, ultrasound, and Level II nursery
