Job Responsibilities
Facilitate access to both current and new patients at Spring Valley Midwives, fostering continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art ultrasound technology onsite, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and patient care.
The Midwife will participate in a shared patient load, while also contributing to the growth of new patient volume, providing a dynamic and engaging practice environment.
In line with modern healthcare practices, virtual visits are an available option when deemed appropriate, allowing for flexibility and accessibility in patient care delivery.
With a focus on women's health, responsibilities will encompass a range of services including gynecological, preconception, antepartum/ intrapartum/ postpartum care, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients.
The chosen provider will step into an established office setting with a robust patient volume, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and development.

Qualifications
Skills
Ability to assess and manage pregnancy complications and provide appropriate interventions
Skilled in family-centered care with an emphasis on patient education and emotional support
Proficiency in conducting physical exams, monitoring fetal development, and providing routine gynecological care
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to handle emergency situations with confidence and provide neonatal resuscitation when necessary
Knowledge of current maternal and neonatal care practices, including updated guidelines and protocols
