Mercy Health Spring Valley Midwives is actively seeking two passionate, full-time Certified Nurse-Midwives to join our esteemed practice in Holland, Ohio. Job Responsibilities

Schedule: 36 clinical hours per week, including 4–5-person 24/7 call rotation at St. Vincent’s hospital (level IV).
Patient Access: Facilitate access to both current and new patients at Spring Valley Midwives, fostering continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
Onsite Ultrasound: Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art ultrasound technology onsite, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and patient care.
Patient Panel Management: The Midwife will participate in a shared patient load, while also contributing to the growth of new patient volume, providing a dynamic and engaging practice environment.
Virtual Visits: In line with modern healthcare practices, virtual visits are an available option when deemed appropriate, allowing for flexibility and accessibility in patient care delivery.
Scope of Practice: With a focus on women's health, responsibilities will encompass a range of services including gynecological, preconception, antepartum/ intrapartum/ postpartum care, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients.
Established Office: The chosen provider will step into an established office setting with a robust patient volume, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and development.
