The Certified Nurse Midwife will join Spring Creek Women's Health Clinic located in Burley, Idaho, on the campus of Cassia Regional Hospital. We are an established team of three OB/GYN physicians, two APPs, and a well-trained experienced support staff.
We care for the entire woman, from puberty through menopause. The CNM will maintain their own panel of patients and work collaboratively with other providers to meet patient care follow-up needs. Primarily working in clinic, the CNM will also round with patients in-hospital and support deliveries. Dependent on experience and level of interest, the CNM may also participate in surgical procedures.

Prior CNM experience is highly preferred.
Job Essentials
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are accountable for the provision of patient care at the top of licensure, within their scope of practice. Licensed, credentialed and privileged to perform such duties as:
- Maintenance and promotion of health and prevention of disease;
- Assessment, diagnosis, treatment, correction, and consultation;
- Procedures as outlined by specialty, and referral for health problems;
- Education of the patient, patient's family, clinical staff, and others;
- Prescription or administration of prescription drugs or devices in accordance with a consultation and referral plan;
- Consultation with other healthcare providers;
- Appropriate and timely documentation of clinical care;
- Continually learning and developing for optimal patient care and outcomes.
Advanced Practice Providers may also participate in research, utilize evidence-based practice to improve quality patient care, protocol development, care process model development, and best practice standards for assigned patient population throughout our organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Idaho state license as a Certified Nurse Midwife
