Job Description:

Certified Nurse Midwife (Obstetrics/Gynecology)

Exciting opportunity for four Certified Nurse Midwives to join a newly forming practice on campus of Orem Community Hospital, in the heart of Orem, Utah. Our midwives provide comprehensive health care for women, with a particular emphasis on wellness and patient choice. We support patients across their lifespan and in their childbirth decisions, whether it’s an unmedicated birth or epidural anesthesia.

The CNMs will provide both gynecologic and obstetric care in clinic, attend births, and round with patients in hospital. Our CNMs work at the top of their scope of licensure, admitting, caring for, and discharging patients from inpatient care. We will work in a highly collaborative model, consulting and supporting one another on a consistent basis.

This is a full time opportunity, typically scheduled four shifts per week. The CNM will be required to support rotating after-hours, weekend, and holiday call time. When taking inpatient duty, the CNM will be expected to attend births.

3+ years of prior CNM experience is highly preferred.
