Job Responsibilities

Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm 1 and 4 call, starting at 3pm on Friday through Monday morning (not in-house call but must be within 20-minute response time) Need vacation coverage, etc

Qualifications

Active IL RN, CRNA license
BLS, ACLS
