Compensation: $32/hour
Location: Edison, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible 8-Hour Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Responsibilities as the Certified Nursing Assistant:

Responsibilities as the Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Patient Care: Provide hygiene and comfort care, including bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, and incontinent care.
- Documentation: Measure and document vital signs, glucose levels, and patient weights; report findings to the RN.
- Specimen Collection: Perform and document specimen collection (urine, stool, sputum).
- Safety: Ensure patient safety by promptly addressing call lights, monitoring patient conditions, and serving as a patient sitter when needed.
- Maintenance: Keep patient rooms and the nursing unit clean and orderly.
- Communication: Adapt communication and care delivery based on patient needs (age, culture, or sensory impairments).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Long-term Care (LTC) preferred.
- CNA Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential or nursing student enrolled in a BSN program with completed fundamentals coursework.
- CPR Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Skills: Ability to provide compassionate care, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
