Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: 4x10, must commit to a minimum of 3 weeks per month but highly prefer 4 weeks.
Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 weeks per month; will consider a minimum of 3 weeks.
· Patient population/age: Adults only
· Department description: General cases and endo. Very General need, no head or hearts. No call, very straight forward job.

- EPIC EXPERIENCE
· Board Certification: yes
· License required: yes

· Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum
