Shift Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift Options:
  • 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 am - 5:30 pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch)
  • Or 5 days a week, 10-hour shifts
• On-Call: None

Work Details:

• Coverage: Full-time, 40-50 hours per week
• Patients per day: Varies based on case load
• Patient Population/Age: Mostly adult with some pediatric cases
• Department Description: Trauma Level 1. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Cases include Cardiac, Thoracic, Orthopedic, GI, bread and butter, and pediatric cases. No OB.
• EMR: EPIC – Experience required
• Hospital Bed Size: 649

Practice Setting: Hospital - Trauma Level 1

• Expenses Covered: Travel and lodging provided by specific travel client

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active IL license required. Consideration for non-licensed candidates depending on licensing timeline
• DEA: Not required
• CSR: Not required
• Certifications Preferred: PALS, ACLS
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Minimum Experience: 2 years unless well-versed in a Trauma Level 1 facility. Must have EPIC experience.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
