    • High Acuity Patient Mix
    • Significant amount of trauma
    • Transplants – mostly Renal – No Cardiac or Liver
    • Neuro – tumor resection – Heads and Spine
    • Stroke Intervention
    • No Blocks
    • Credentialing timeline - 60 to 90 days
    • GI both Inpatient and Outpatient
    • General Ortho, PEDS, No Hearts No Heads
  • Requirements
    • Must be Board Certified
    • Active Wisconsin license
    • ACLS, PALS, ATLS
