Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans. Provide post-anesthesia care and support recovery. Qualifications: Current CRNA certification and licensure. Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: Full-time W2 position: $225,000 per year.
