Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of five physicians and 22 CRNAs at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
- Work alongside a dedicated OB team.
- Practice to the top of your license in a collegial family-like team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
- Current or pending licensure as a CRNA in New Hampshire.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- We offer a 40-hour work week with additional shift pay over and beyond for extra shifts.
- Main OR CRNAS can pick up OB shifts but are not mandated.
- No call position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthetic care alongside a team of physicians and CRNAs.
- Manage level III trauma patients, healthy OB, healthy pediatrics, neuro, ortho, plastics, endo, and bariatrics.
- Run 14 points of service daily that taper down as the day progresses.

- Compensation: Compensation is guaranteed at an annual rate of $289,000, with an additional $8,000 quality incentive bonus.
