Requirements:

• Board Certification – REQUIRED
• ME State License – highly preferred – will accept candidates needing to obtain license
• BLS ACLS – REQUIRED (PALS is optional)
• >1 year of level 1 trauma center experience as a CRNA – REQUIRED (will not accept new grads)
• Must be able to proceed at the hourly rate cap of $250 – REQUIRED
