Contract Length: : 6 months/26 Weeks
Schedule: 4 x 10 (No Weekends, No Call; M – T or T – F), Full-Time; 0630AM – 0530PM (1/2-hour lunch) Facility will consider 8s, 10s, 12s, and 13s
Clinic details
Practice Setting: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
Patient Volume: 1-9/daily
Patient Population: All age spans (no Neonatal)
Support Staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists. Will be directed by Anesthesiologist (General
ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for
low acuity) CRNAs are medically directed, typically 2-1, or 3-1. The Attending usually has a Resident in
the other room, so their primary focus is on that room, and on teaching.
Cases: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
Procedures: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No
OB.
