Requirements:

• MI License: REQUIRED no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
• NBCRNA certification (new grads welcome) – Required
• BLS and ACLS – Required
• Providers must have Clean Background/No Malpractice for quick credentialing – Required
• Local (drive-in) providers – Required no exceptions
