--NBCRNA & Oregon License required
--Monday-Friday coverage with call shared between group
--CRNA only group; CRNAs have lots of autonomy and need to be comfortable working independently
--Case mix includes OB, general surgery, podiatry, urology, and ortho
--EMR Epic
--60-90 days to credential
