Clinical Role:

  • Coverage Dates: Start May 1 through Mid-October 2025
  • 1 FTE -Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10hr shifts 6:30a-5p
  • Requiring 2-3 shifts/week minimum
  • Requiring 10hr shifts, 4 days per week. Must be able to work 3-4 Fridays every 8 weeks
  • Job Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Vaccination Requirements: Flu
  • Total Number of FTE’s needed: 1 FTE
  • Fridays are biggest need
  • Reason for Coverage: Staffing Need
  • EMR: Epic
  • No Call
  • Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model
  • Must be comfortable doing basic PEDS cases (sick and healthy), Adult ortho, GYN/ONC, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics
  • No Telemed
  • Patient Volume :30-40 cases/day
  • Number of Cases per Provider: 1-8 cases/day; Daily peds percentage could be no peds cases to a room of all peds cases. On average, locum CRNAs do adult cases exclusively. However, we do have mixed age rooms, and on peds heavy days, they may be put in all peds room
  • Age Range of Patients: 0-99; Locums do not typically do NICU cases under 6 months
  • Will not accept licensing candidates
  • ACLS, PALS Required
  • Active CRNA/APRN license
  • Required work experience, 1 year, preferably 2 years
  • Board Certified Required
  • Active State License Required at presentation
  • Job Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
