PROGRAM DETAILS
  •  Case Volume: Hospital 6,750 || ED 2,900
  •  Bed Count: Hospital 184 (Operating Rooms: 8 total, including 2 Endo and 1 Cysto) || ED
  • (Operating Rooms: 4 total including 2 Endo)
  •  Is OB done in the general OR? OB is a separate area upstairs
  •  MD to CRNA ratio: 1:4
  •  How many MDs present during the day?: 2 at main site, and 1 at smaller site
  •  Night Callback time: 30 mins
  •  For the night call, are you responsible for OB cases, also are CRNA available at night? Typically
  • the CRNA does the OB cases for which the MD would have to be present to sign off. However, if
  • the CRNA is tied up in an emergent OR case we would presume that the doc would just take the
  • OB case.
