✔️ Lucrative Compensation – Base salary $178K-$216K, annual merit increases, shift differentials, weekend stipends, and a five-year retention bonus.
✔️ Flexible Scheduling – Choose from 10- and 12-hour shifts, with options for days, nights, weekends, and swing shifts. Work-life balance is a priority!
✔️ High-Acuity Cases – Work with neuro, large vascular, surg/onc, ENT, OB, ortho, and more in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. No cardiac cases.
✔️ Supportive Team Culture – CRNAs and AAs work collaboratively, with strong mentorship available for new grads.
