Job Description
A facility in Minneapolis, MN is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment at a Level 1 Trauma Center, Community Hospital, and Multispecialty ASC. This role offers full-time coverage with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available. The CRNA will work in a medical direction model providing anesthesia for a variety of cases while excluding open heart, trauma, OB, and pediatric cases.

Required Cases:

Spine, Urology, General, Orthopedics, Robotics, Endoscopy, Plastics, EP Lab/Cath Lab, Navigational Bronchoscopy, Craniotomies, Simple Vascular

Job Responsibilities
Work collaboratively within a medical direction model
Monitor patients and adjust anesthetics as necessary
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation in Epic EMR
Qualifications
Active Minnesota License – Highly Preferred
BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications – Required
Experience preferred, but new grads considered
Full-time availability (30-40 hours per week) – Required
Working Hours
8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available
No overtime permitted
No call responsibilities
Skills
Ability to work independently within a medical direction model
Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
Experience in Level 1 Trauma preferred but not required
