Key Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases.
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans.
Administer general and regional anesthesia, including spinal and epidural techniques.
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active certification.
Minnesota state license or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience in independent anesthesia practice preferred.
Strong clinical skills in a variety of anesthesia techniques.
