Clinical Role:

  • Start Date: September
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift Details: 7am – end of surgical days
  • Schedule: M-F
  • Coverage needs are for every Wednesday and the last Friday of every month. The occasional following Monday
  • Specialty: CRNA
  • No Anesthesia backup
  • Support staff: CRNA
  • Amount of coverage needed per month: As needed
  • Patients per day: 8-16
  • Patient population/age: 12 years - 70 years or so
  • Department description: Ear, nose & throat 2 x week/ spine cases 2x week / ortho 2-3x week
  • EMR: Paper
  • Hospital bed size: 1 OR ASC – 2 pre-op / 3 PACU beds
  • Skills required: Intubations/ Regional blocks
  • Facility procedures: Lumbar/Cervical Spine decompression, hemi-discectomy, total discectomy, spinal cord stimulator, knee & shoulder and upper limb arthroscopies,
  • Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Board Certification: NBCRNA
  • Certifications required: ACLS/ BLS/ PALS
  • Minimum experience required: 3-5 years
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 Days or less if in a pinch. Can do emergency crediting
  • Physician will be credentialed for 3 yrs in their system
