  • Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified, trauma level 3 and PEDs level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours call only. The facility is looking to confirm one CRNA for a full-time schedule starting on 9/15/2025, with flexibility to work any combination of 4x10-hour shifts, 5x10-hour shifts, or 3x12-hour shifts per week. The case mix includes ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, healthy pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular, with no CT or neuro cases. This role operates within a medically supervised, care team model, supporting 7 ORs in the main surgery department, 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center, 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab. While the team also provides OB coverage, locum CRNAs are not typically assigned to OB cases.

Job Responsibilities

The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care within a medically supervised, care team model, supporting a diverse case mix including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, healthy pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular (excluding CT and neuro). They will cover 7 ORs in the main surgery department, 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center, 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab. While the team provides OB coverage, locum CRNAs are not typically assigned to OB cases.

Qualifications

License: An active Washington state license or IMLC membership is required
Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

Working Hours

Full-time schedule starting on 9/15/2025, with flexibility to work any combination of 4x10-hour shifts, 5x10-hour shifts, or 3x12-hour shifts per week.

Skills

The required skills for this role include expertise in cardiac anesthesia, complete orthopedic and obstetrical (OB) cases, pediatric and adult anesthesia, regional and thoracic anesthesia, as well as trauma care. Proficiency in spinal and epidural anesthesia, along with regional anesthesia for surgical procedures and obstetrical cases, is essential.
