- OBGYN, GI, Scopes, Ortho cases, Eye, ENT, Dental, etc.
- Must be able to do epidurals
- Supervision model
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- 10 Beds in Facility
- Board Certified Required
- Trauma Level III
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Required
- EMR: Cerner
