Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active MI license
• Clean Background
• BLS ACLS PALS
• Conversion Rate cap-$18k
• Must meet rate cap of $250 – inclusive of malpractice
• Full time required
• Clean background – hard requirement for quick turnaround
