THIS ROLE:
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Chief Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team at our rapidly expanding facility in Joplin, MO at Mercy Hospital. Lead and mentor CRNA team, Oversee scheduling and operations, Drive anesthesia protocol development and patient safety initiatives.
THE FACILITY:
Mercy Hospital Joplin - Beautiful facility with well-equipped break rooms and comfortable call rooms.
CASES INCLUDE:
General Surgery, OB/GYN, Neuro, Ortho, Pain, ENT, Vascular, Pediatrics, and more.
We Offer:
Salary: Up to $300,000/year (Generous base salary + annual bonuses+ Leadership Stipend $10K)
Sign-On Bonus
Generous PTO: 7 weeks
