As America’s leading medical group, Envision is striving to provide quality coverage where needed. The Envision Envoy team is looking for Independent Contractor CRNA for a hospital located in the Florida area!
Highlights:
- 1099 Independent Contractor CRNA position.
- 7 ORs, 2 Endo suites and 1 IR/Cath
- Monday - Friday 7am-7pm
- Cases include OB/GYN, ortho, general surgery, Neuro, Robotics, IR, Urology, GI, Endo, vascular, and peds (Ent, Ortho, Urology, Endo). No trauma, hearts.
- OB Skills are Required, Peds are required.
- Proficiency with OB Epidurals, A-Lines, SAB's
- Care Team Model: 26 CRNAs and 10 MDs
- 10 and 12 hour shifts only, between Monday – Friday
- EMR - Medaxion
- Must have an active Florida license
- Must have BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
