Position Details:
Role: Locum CRNA
Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with potential flexibility for weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Administer general and regional anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.
Conduct preoperative assessments and develop personalized anesthesia care plans.
Monitor patients during and after anesthesia administration to ensure safety and comfort.
Manage post-anesthesia recovery and provide care instructions to patients and families.
Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team.
Ensure accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and post-anesthesia care.
Qualifications:
Current CRNA licensure in Kentucky or ability to obtain licensure.
Previous CRNA experience in an inpatient or outpatient surgical setting.
Ability to work autonomously while ensuring patient safety.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience handling emergency situations and adapting to patient needs.
