Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team. The CRNA will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical and medical procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of anesthesiology, critical care, and patient management to ensure the highest level of safety and comfort for our patients.

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary.
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments, including reviewing medical histories and conducting physical examinations.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Manage airway management techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and evaluate patients' recovery from anesthesia.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
- Document all anesthesia-related activities accurately in the patient's medical record using appropriate medical terminology.
Qualifications
- Training or Experience Requirements: Level 1 trauma experience required;
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from an accredited program.
- Experience administering injections and managing critical care situations.
- Proficient in monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient conditions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to anesthesia practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
