Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA for a full-time locum assignment in Flagstaff, AZ—a vibrant city known for its outdoor adventures, beautiful landscapes, and relaxed lifestyle.

Position Details:

• Start Date: May 12, 2025 – September 7, 2025
• Schedule: Approx. 40 hours per week, shifts include:
  • 7a-3p
  • 7a-5p
  • 7a-7p
  • 3p-11p
    
    
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• OR Details:
  • 11 ORs in the main hospital, 2 in the ambulatory center
  • 50-60 cases per day
  • Cases include ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Credentialing: 30 days

Requirements:

• CRNA Board Certification
• Active AZ License (or willingness to obtain)
• BLS or ACLS Certification
