JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Clinical Shift Schedule: 40 hours per week; varying between 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
• On-Call Shift Schedule: 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month (option to work 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday shift every 3 months in place of one call option)
• Call Type: Supervision-based anesthesia (independent at Nampa location)
• Call Ratio: Maximum 4:1 supervision ratio

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Idaho State License (willing to license)
• Certifications: NBCRNA, DEA, CSR (Idaho)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform supervision-based anesthesia (independent at Nampa location)
• Manage anesthesia for various surgical cases excluding OB, Burns, CV, Transplant
• Comfortable with Level II Trauma cases
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety regulations
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
