Position Overview
Anesthesia OnCall is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an exciting opportunity in Grand Blanc, MI in a hospital setting. This position offers flexible shift options, a collaborative work environment, and a diverse caseload in a well-established hospital setting.
Position Details
Start Date: May 5, 2025
Shift Options: Monday–Friday, open to 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
Call Requirement: No call required
Supervision Model: Independent & supervised
Physician:CRNA Ratio: Collaborative team model
Workweek Guarantee: Competitive compensation with guaranteed hours
Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days (Temp privileges not available)
EMR System: Paper charts – No EMR
Case Types & Responsibilities
Case Mix: General anesthesia, local cases, neuro (healthy), ortho, spinals, OB, GYN, urology
Pediatrics: Limited cases due to lack of a dedicated pediatric department
Rare Cases: Occasional dental cases (approximately one day per month)
Excluded Cases: No cardiac cases
Procedures: CRNAs place their own lines and perform regional anesthesia (preferred but not required)
