Premier Physician Services is seeking CRNAs to provide locum tenens coverage at a facility near Columbia, SC, beginning April 2025.
Specialty: CRNA (50 mile radius rule, no local candidates)
Start Date: April Contract Length: 6 months is the preference here
Shift Details: 40 hour work week
Schedule: Flexible – Weekdays 4x10hr shifts or 5x8's. (may consider 3x10s)
Work Details: • Support staff: Anesthesia techs • Patients per day: Approximately 150 anesthetics per day between Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, etc.
Patient population/age: 18 – Geriatric. Very limited pediatric cases but travelers is not included in pediatric cases
Department description: Large department of 70 CRNAs with 15 anesthesiologists working under Medical Direction Care Team model providing anesthesia for generally, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular cases
EMR: Epic ( Highly Preferred)
Special Equipment: Have Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps. Utilize Draeger anesthesia machines. • Skills required: No regional or block skills needed
Practice Setting: Hospital – Medical Center Requirements:
Board Certification: CRNA
State license required: Yes • DEA: Yes • Certifications preferred: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Minimum experience required: 3 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days Willing To License?: NO
