• Outpatient
• Types of surgery expected to be performed at this facility: Complete Ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional
• CRNAs work independently and provide services in General Anesthesia
• Typically 2 cases per day
• Total 2023 cases 5500; GI 3000; OB 400; Ophthalmology 1200
• Extensive regional opportunities: lower and upper extremity peripheral nerve blocks; ultrasound-guided truncal blocks, Spinals and TAP blocks

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active OK License or IMLC
• Required Skills: General Anesthesia (adult), Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Obstetrical Cases, Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op extremity blocks, Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
• Preferred Skills: General Anesthesia (pediatrics), Spinal Anesthesia

• For assigned patients

• Call response time required: 30 minutes
• Call ratio: 1:6
• General Anesthesia call duties 1:5
• Call back: low
• Phone consults: minimal
• Patients seen: 2-3
