  • Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Epidural steroid for Lumbar,
  • Epidural steroid for Cervical, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line placement,
  • Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement, and CRNA supervision.
Certification Requirements:
  • ABLS
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
State License Requirements: Indiana
The pay rate is $225/hr with Travel Logistics
