Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Responsibilities:
- Practice independently based on expertise, adhering to Oregon State statutes and health district policies.
- Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in alignment with Medical Staff bylaws.
- Participate in a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs.
- Engage in diverse cases, excluding heads and hearts, with healthy pediatric patients only.
- Perform all types of anesthesia blocks.
- Share paid call responsibilities equitably with a post-call day off.
- Commit to a permanent, full-time position with residency requirements in the local area.
- Provide a copy of the NPDB self-query report and ensure a clean malpractice history.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of employment experience as a CRNA.
- Board Certified CRNA (required).
- Current or willing to obtain Oregon State license.
- Demonstrated ties to Oregon, such as family in the area or previous residency.
- Clean malpractice history.
- Full presentation uploaded into the relevant submission system.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Must be a Board Certified CRNA.
- Oregon state license (or willing to obtain).
- 1+ year of relevant employment experience as a CRNA.
- Submission of a copy of the NPDB self-query report is required.
