Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opportunity in Lima, Ohio

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures within the hospital setting.
• Collaborate with a team of 8 CRNAs and 1 MD to manage an average of 20-30 surgical cases per day.
• Flexibly adjust work hours, typically from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential for 8 or 10-hour shifts based on operational needs.
• Perform independent pre-ops, inductions, and emergences, as well as nerve blocks.
• Engage in a robust block program supported by trained RNs and technicians.
• Administer anesthesia for adult and select pediatric cases, excluding neonatal surgeries, bariatric procedures, and transplants.
• Utilize Meditech and Spectrum Anesthesia EMR for efficient workflow management.

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certification from AANA (to be obtained by start date).
• Current Ohio nursing license or willingness to obtain.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required by start date.
• 3 years or more of employment experience as a CRNA preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• NRP certification - HIGHLY PREFERRED
